Maslak 1453

The Maslak 1453 Project is built on an area of 322.000 m². There will be a total of 24 towers in 3 different types, namely A, B and C. With the Project completion, a total of 4,039 apartment complexes will be in use, each having a ceiling height of between 3.25 and 3.50m.

In addition, there will be 4 types of “ Terrace Houses ” (again apartment compexes with balconies), naemly T1, T2, T3 and T4. The total number of “ Terrace Houses ” is expected to be 642.

In total, there will be 28 Residential Blocks/Towers and 1 Office/Commercial Block (F block). Tower A’s are skyscrapers and Tower C ’s will be family type, relatively lower, buildings.

Within the 5 “A towers/skyscrapers”, of which 3 are North and 2 are at the South side of the Maslak 1453 Avenue, there will be:

(6 different sized 1+1) & (7 different sized 2+1) & (14 different sized 3+1) & (1 type 4+1).

So, there will be a total of 28 various sized apartments in all 5 A Towers.

Within the 4 “B towers”, of which 2 are West and 2 are at the East side of the Project, there will be:

(6 different sized 1+0) & (16 different sized 1+1) & (7 different sized 2+1) &

(20 different sized 3+1) & (3 different sized 4+1).

So, there will be a total of 52 various sized apartments in all 4 B Towers.

Within the 15 “C blocks”, of which 1 at the West ,1 at the East of the Project, and 7 at the North and 6 at the South side of the Maslak 1453 Avenue, there will be:

(2 different sized 1+0) & (10 different sized 1+1) & (8 different sized 2+1) &

(7 different sized 3+1) & (1 type 4+1).

So, there will be a total of 28 various sized apartments in all 15 C Blocks.

The entire block C15 has been rented by Astas (Vedat Aşçıoğlu) for a term of 15 years. Also, all of C1, C2 and C14 blocks are sold to Arab Nations.

Terrace Blocks/Homes – Home Offices (all of which are at the South side of the Project)

Within the T1 type Terrace Homes, there are:

(1 type 1+1) & (4 different sized 2+1) & (2 different sized 3+1), which makes a total of  9 various sized apartments.

Within the T2 type Terrace Homes, there are:

(1 type 1+1) & (1 type 2+1), which makes a total of only 2 different types of apartments.

Within the T3 type Terrace Homes, there are:

(3 different sized 1+1) & (7 different sized 2+1), which makes a total of 10 different sized apartments.
